Jeff and his company, Tropic Renovations renovated our condo on Siesta Key. It went from a 70’s vibe look to a beachy cottage. Our renovation consisted of new floor throughout, painting throughout, beadboard in the living and dining room. They painted the ugly green kitchen cabinets to a beautiful clean white, installed backsplash, ceiling fans, new lights, and rescreened the Lanai.

Jeff and his team are first rate. Jeff was very responsive to my inquiry and he followed up in a timely manner. Quality work at reasonable prices is all one can ask for. They removed kitchen tile and replaced with new tile for a back splash application. Completed in a very professional manner.

I contacted Tropic Renovations to fix a kitchen floor that warped from water due to Hurricane Ian. I am down to list my mother’s house after she passed in the Spring. I contacted Jeff and Dori @ TR a week after the storm to detail my predicament. This is a very small job compared to the vast need for contracting work post Ian. Jeff got me on the schedule right away. Damian and Mick knocked out the job in one day and did an excellent job. They were professional, courteous, detail oriented and policed the work area perfectly. Great company, great crew and exceptional work. Highly recommend.

We recently hired Tropic Renovations to do a kitchen backsplash install. The style of tile that we picked was not a typical install. The job that they did was absolutely flawless. I myself have been around construction for 45+ years and have very seldom seen such workmanship. We have alot more renovation coming up and without guestion, we will only use Tropic Renovations. Their craftsmanship is that impressive.

Like many residents in Florida, we had quite a bit of damage due to Hurricane Ian. Jeff (owner) was very patient with us while we played the insurance claim and mortgage company game. He could have easily turned us away but he didn’t. The entire kitchen had to be gutted and remodeled, drywall work and flooring throughout the entire house. It’s a very large job. We are in the final stages and I will upload pictures when the work is complete.

Mike, Matt, Constantine, Damian and the other crew members that helped along the way, are all very skilled and professional. Their communication is excellent. If I had questions or something didn’t seem right, I knew I could talk to them without hesitation.
