It takes a crew of experienced painters like we have at Tropic Renovations to paint an entire home like this one we did. Thousands of tiny cracks in the stucco was allowing water in, so first we sealed it, primed it, then painted it with 2 coats of Behr “Marquette” in a satin sheen.
Our painting technicians have many years of experience so they know what needs to be painted first and what gets painted last when there are ceilings, walls, and crown molding/trim to paint
Make sure you hire an experienced crew of painters who are all fully insured and have Worker’s Compensation, because if one person you hire falls off the ladder you the homeowner are held 100% liable for all of that person’s medical bills. It’s best to hire everything within one company!
