Transformed this master bath and tiny shower into a huge walk-in Roman shower with 48” linear drain all sloped away from the entrance. A wheelchair accessible shower with hidden niche in the knee-wall, a corner bench near the entrance with a separate hand-held head, and a triple valve that runs the rain-head and other heads. Notice the intricate tile cuts around the top of this window, our tile setters are pure MASTERS!

This was a fun transformation as this homeowner is a U.S. Veteran who served many years, and was awarded a new shower that he could easily access with his new wheelchair. We removed the threshold, tore out tile and wall along with upper ceiling section to open this all up. New porcelain tile, niche in knee wall, and spot-free glass ​

This was one of our largest, most involved bathroom transformation as the toilet got moved 9 feet, shower and tub relocated, one vanity into an entire wall full of vanities and 2 sinks, entire concrete foundation torn out as all old cast-iron plumbing lines removed and replaced with PVC, walls widened, old shower room is now the new toilet room, all new LED flat lights in the ceilings, new flooring, 12×24 wavey porcelain tile on shower walls, and 36” linear drain.

Finished this off with a Dreamline shower door, stationary panel, and knee-wall glass. ​

Totally gutted this outdated master bathroom and turned it into a luxurious spa-like atmosphere. Homeowner chose 12×24 porcelain tile for shower walls and bathroom floor, all-wood vanities with new granite countertops, and a 35” Dreamline hinged shower door and knee-wall panel got installed by us a few days after this picture was taken. ​

A total master bathroom gut in an older trailer, removed walls and bathroom flooring to expand this shower. This is porcelain tile, not that cheap plastic you get in the “1-day” shower, some things like this are best to wait a few weeks for.​

Removed the closet on the right side of this tub and extended the front to expand shower area, added a center drain, dual valve to control rain shower feature, corner bench and 2 niches for plenty of soap containers. Finished it off with a 3/8” Dreamline film-free shower door and panel.

The Plantation in Venice

Owners of this large bathroom renovation wanted an open concept shower, with 2-sided jets, a rain head, a corner seat that blended in with the shower tile, a large niche that also blended in, a 3-valve diverter and custom glass with a spot-free film. We designed this on paper, and they loved it, and here it is!

This master shower and bathroom renovation was part of Don and Patti’s Phase 2 remodeling a year after we remodeled the rest of their newly purchased home. An ugly old shower sat here, with outdated brown vanities and cheap plastic countertops. Now they love walking into their spa-like master bath!

Tropic Renovations did a beautiful job of completely renovating my guest bathroom. They took out the old tub and replaced it with a nice big shower. Replaced the window with a smaller one for me. Did all the plumbing and wiring, tile work, and assembly of the vanity and linen cabinet I ordered. They stood by their reasonable quote and everything came out great.
